Your order can take up between 2-4 weeks to get delivered to you. Don't worry. We'll keep you updated with what is going on with your order via e-mail. E-mails may include the following:

  • Order notification: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Please retain this e-mail in your records.
  • Order completion: This e-mail lets you know that your order is complete.
  • Shipment confirmation: This e-mail lets you know that your order or part of your order has been shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected and your shipping location.
