After you have registered onto the site, your next step is to get measured. You can access our video tutorial on the 9tailors site.
Your body may change based upon your diet and exercise habits. It is a good idea to keep your body measurements up-to-date so that we can provide you with the best fitting shirt.

Stuck in a creative rut? No problem!
There are three ways we can help you.
You can enlist the help of our online style assistant. She knows our products backwards and forwards, so she can answer any questions you may have.
Our style assistant also has a great knack for knowing what looks good on people. You can submit your fit, style and fashion questions to her. Remember, no fashion question is too dull, too silly or too dumb. Be bold and ask away! Contact our style assistant.

In general, our fabrics and styles change seasonally.
Sometimes we aren't able to fulfill your order because the fabric has been discontinued or we ran out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you of the issue and do our best to match the fabric that you originally chose.
If there is something that you like, but you don't see it on our website, please ask us. If time is not an issue for you, we can try to locate a similar fabric and pattern for you.
Tempted to try the service, but unsure about our fabrics? Let us know and we will send you a free sample of the materials we use. Just send us the address that you want to send the fabric sample to. Limited to one sample per address per season.
